Filming the underwater mine

Besides obvious answers to this simple question (it’s damn cool, isn’t it?), there are some attractive scenarios in terms of underwater filming like the huge caterpillar still ‘living’ into the motionless room and much more around it into pitch dark tunnels and ratholes.

Filmed in 2021 by professional underwater cinematographer Andrea Mescalchin in a single dive into the abandoned mine of Felicitas in Germany.
